Why must I register to get personalized "My Info" content?
You need to register so that we can customize your information.
Registration is easy, and you don't need to share any personal
information. Once
you've signed up, you'll automatically get
local weather, movie listings and lottery results, and you can customize such features as sports scores, stock quotes, news categories, horoscope, sunset/sunrise and more.

by My Way - a web portal
that features no banners, no pop-ups and doesn't collect personal

Can I use the "My Info" button if I don't register?
Yes and no. If you're not registered or signed in to your account, you can
still use "My Info" to give you general information such as news headlines,
Daily Quote, Market Snapshot and more. But most of the My Info features
and content requires that you are signed in to your account.

Can I use my My Way Username and Password for My Info?
Yes! The My Info feature is powered by My Way.
If you're already a My Way member and signed in to your account, your My Info
pages will already be personalized. If you're not signed in to your account, you
can do so from either My Way or a My Info page with a "Personalize this feature"
link.

I don't share my computer with anyone. Should I sign out of My Info when I'm
done using it?
For My Info users who do not share their computer with others, there really is
no reason to ever sign out of My Info.

How do
I retrieve my Password?
If you've
forgotten your Password,
click here
and enter your Username. We will then ask you to answer the secret question you
chose when you signed up for My Info. We do this to verify your identity. Answer
the question, click the "Get Password Hint" button, and we will then provide you
with your Password Hint.

What can I do if my Password Hint isn't helping me?
Unfortunately, you will have to sign up for a new user account. Because My Info
registration doesn't require any personal information, there is no other way for
us to provide you with your Password.
